I don't know what it was like at launch - maybe there were issues that have now been fixed and maybe my expectations were lowered by coming to this from Valhalla which is an absolute disaster of a PC game but I'm loving Nioh 2! It's the first souls-like game I've played that hasn't left me wishing I was playing the real thing. I'm under the recommended specs but above the minimum and I've had no issues at all after 15 hours. maybe I'm not to be fair as it's Metacritic.)
